This very special project is our dream come true. We are bringing together decades of dementia caregiver experience for you. This is our passion. You are not alone.
After the three of us met over 14 years ago, we've worked alongside each other and supported one another through many different transitions. Our goal has always been the same...to support the dementia caregiver. We have lived it. We have tried many old, worn out strategies that just didn't work. We want to help you become the most successful and supported caregiver you can be - so you that you can go on caregiving another day...another month...another year or longer if you choose. We also have lots of community experience. This means we can support caregivers with family members in facilities as they navigate that situation. Our program focuses on communication and real, usable information for caregivers.
